Here’s something I’ve done before but dont remember making any special allowances.
I’m reinstalling the rear wheel after changing sprockets on a honda xr250.
Trying to tighten up the axle, I dont seem to be able to stop the axle revolving.
Net effect is the nut I’m driving does not tighten and the opposite nut revolves.
If I clamp the opposite nut the axel revolves tightening that (opposite to driven) nut.
It is a hollow axle. Have tried to restrain it with a screwdriver – to no avail.
What am I missing/forgetting??
