Just checked and Toby is only around 48 seconds behind Namotin in E3. Strang and Millner are doing pretty good too in their classes.

It’s great to see Pontus Hogberg doing so well in E3 as well :D

Matt Phillips is a pretty loose unit on a bike, if he stays upright for the next 4 days he should be able to move up the ranks. First Jap bike overall too.

Looks like Strang and Price are riding stock KTM 6 days, with their own suspension no doubt.

    The Frenchy Frogs are dominating.

As TB pointed out though they are getting a bit of help from their countrymen. I doubt there are many Aussies there spectating indicating to our riders which lines to avoid.

The commitment from some countries you couldnt even start to comprehend its massive spotters, watching other teams etc huge. Yeah LC they are bikes ordered over there from the factory direct probably, they front put their suspension in, bars, levers, damper (if they run one) and any personal preference stuff. End of the event certain stuff gets pulled bike gets sold ;) . Happened here at the 6 day would be the same everywhere I would reckon

    Day Three Video

The Australian Trophy team of Glenn Kearney, Daniel Milner, Christopher Hollis, Matthew Phillips, Josh Strang and Toby Price dropped a little time to the very strong French team, but were able to maintain their eight minute advantage over third place Italy as the race entered the half way mark.

At least three riders in the Australian team have reported injuries on day three, however all will be continuing to push through as day four gets underway.

Toby Price has done some damage to his Ribs after a fall, While Glenn Kearney put a hole in his knee and Matthew Phillips is nursing a sore Wrist.

“Another tough day, wrists killing but okay, bikes holding together well so far. 3 of 6 days done and sitting 8th outright.” Phillips posted via Facebook this morning

Phillips also sent us a message this morning letting us know

“The team is pretty beaten up at the moment, Toby is sore and GK (Glenn Kearney put a 10×4 hole where his knee is supposed to be but got sewn up ready for tomorrow’s action”
