Dave & I had a top weekend and it was a great effort made by TB & Mal5.1 to drive all that way and do the full 150K ride.

Only had the one off for the day but I did have to rescue Dave from down in a gully when he go cut off going into a corner, bloody Honda riders…

TB the new Perelli tyres you picked up for me from Suttos were awsome, best tyres I have had.

Also a big thanks for lesson on how to change tyres and also Mal a big thank you for your help as well….It is great to find people who are willing to pass on there knowledge to others.

It was also great to meet you guys and there was great lot of bullshit bantered at the pub and around the camp fire.

Mal thanks for letting me have one shot on the pool table.. :(

The Kenda boys laid out a great variety of trial to keep everyone happy, some good hills, single trail, rocks, loam, slippery red crap, heaps of tree roots & lose rock, mud etc, etc.

Top speed hit for the ride 120K’s per hour & I was the slow one, gps don’t lie. I mapped all of the first loop but forgot to turn the gps on for the second loop after the short 20min break, I’m not a dickhead ;)

I hope to get to NSW for a ride in the very short future if I’m allowed, you guys move way to quick for me. :)

Hey Menace I felt for you while on the ride….Mate you would have had a ball ;)

Look on the bright side you are upright, can walk and also looks like you will not have to go under the knife and all going well you will be back on the bike within a month or two.

A bit off advice coming from Dad, ;) always work on the positive and only remember the negatives so you know not to do that again……look after yourself and get well soon.

    PS: Always remember to smile… :) :) :) :)

imagine how much more fun it could have been tb if you’d actually went the hard way instead of taking the easy way.

but seriously had a great weekend good to actually meet some northerners.

thanks to menace for organising everything and coming along as support crew even though he couldn’t ride.
