    I am lucky enough to own a KLR 650 for my “strictly local” duties.
    Due to its intended purpose and my “agricultural” ways, it is extremely poorly maintained…..
    Anyhoo, enough waffle.
    I busted one of the chain adjusters the other day.
    Question is, has anyone tried to fix one of these things. I am thinking drill out, re tap and fit new bolt and cut head off or something like that.

    Bush mechanics, anyone?
