But its fact, Chris has built his bike by that theory, I keep pulling tyres out from under the house, she thinks they are ones I have had stored for years, but I put them under there one day, next day its just a tyre I dragged out from under the house !

I used to do that with radio stuff…mrs would say, “where did you get that?” I’d respond, “I’ve had it for ages”, she’d say, “But it looks shiny”(it was)…I think secrectly she knew but let me get away with it…

    Got bored at work today,
Started thinking of a custom Bashplate, composite (maybe Carbon Fibre)
Started working on forming a mould this arvo when I got home, reckon it`s achievable:) Used Forex plastic panel, heated with heat gun to shape, glued together with Araldite.
I will go ahead if I can get the carbon (working on it, scrounging at work for scraps, he he)
Any of you guys seen composite plates around ???
I will attempt to have it done for the Xmas Party
    Cheers

Hey Eagle if your not too far away, might be able to tee up to take a mould off the B&B Bashplate.

    Cheers
    Chris.

Im attempting to fabricate a nice alloy bash plate for Ollie’s new gasser at work. Looking good so far, just need to bend and tig weld it together. If it works, he should have it on for the xmas doo!
