Knee Braces….worth the investment

Well after wearing knee braces for a few years i can finally say they are worth the investment. After being blown sideways by a gust of wind while jumping a tabletop on the weekend i put my leg down when i landed…while my leg and knee are still in pain i believe the knee braces prevented hyper extention of the knee. So that $800 has saved me from acl surgery and 6 weeks off work…so if your thinking about getting a set..i recommend you do.

I’ll drink to that mate. After having a slow speed get off on single trails in the Watagans some years ago I landed knee first on half brick sized rocks with the weight of the bike on me. Couldn’t kneel on my left knee comfortably for over 12 months. Wear them all the time when with dirt involved now…even a cheap pair will do the trick!!

I got to raise my packet of pain killers to that, the cell ultras saved my knee at yellow mountain.

went for a ride on the weekend with out them on loved it could move properly on the bike again but probably should be using them
