    Lefty, you have done a great job ‘adving’ the Kato mate. Nice light bike, a few comfy mods good power to weight ratio. ;)

    Will you be putting a set of adv panniers on the side? If so will you have to strengthen the shock mounts or sub frame?

    Just curious how far the transformation is going to go?

    Keep the progress reports coming.

    Hi Ace,

    I will be putting a Coyote Giant Loop bag on the back. They are 30ltr capacity of which I have used before and it worked great. Or the other option is the Rollie bag system by Wolfman.
    Still Deciding…

    Shock mounts and subframe have no signs of fatigue after a few adv rides already; however I will be keeping a close eye on them.

    :laugh: :laugh: Its actually an LS7, which is a 427cu in (7.0ltr) small block. The block is all aluminium and cast by RHS (Racing Head Services) in the US. ;)

    have you heard that the alloy blocks need all the crucial threads done with the stainless coil inserts?
