and Mick the bikes you sold , you did not say anything about them being sold to deaf , dumb and blind people, They wont wear them out will they
So once again for the Honda riders………..4.5 mmm gap and still started…..I challenge any Honda to that….I might get to Bull’s Ranch and get one of his Z’s out and do the same to it ring end gap, I bet it wont start…..
So do you guys see what I am saying now……4.5 mmm and started:laugh: :laugh:Rat you know Honda motto “if it dosnt touch it wont wear”

That is the kinda guy I am I suppose. I still kinda feel guilty, that’s why I am dubious about selling anything to Mates, I would rather not know if it blows up. I have sold 40 bikes in the last 2 years and that is the first one that blew up just after it was sold.
When it is fixed,Moose said he will deliver it to Kemps Creek for you.
It didnt blow up drama queen, its a mini bike with a small stressed engine that wont last for ever! Besides Dave wouldnt know 4.5mm if it hit him in the head, can you picture him and his bum brother lurch trying to use a tape measure LMFAO :woohoo:
Get over yourself Mick
Sweet on Moose, but I will get it on the way back from QLD..
OH and PS I am not your mate Devon Head
TB
Hay Tb at least i know how to measure something like end float and would be able to tell if it would fail or not and not take the homo option of sitting out a ride because my fat fingers couldnt feel the end float. :cheer:

February 4, 2009 at 11:09 pm #120710I once had an IT175H that ran with no discernable compression at all, you had to run start it and the end gap was measured in imperial eigths of inch, and where paper thin when I pulled it down, new kellogs base gasket new rings in it and sold it to a school mate for $250 he rode it for ages before the crank bearings failed after a extended drowning.
Mr Rat I have an ’06 pro-senior here that destroys starter gears and clutches like u would not believe, despite junior not blipping and being on it as much as any 8 yr old I’ve ever seen can, yet his KX just takes petrol and a bigger flogging every weekend, admittedly the KTM goes like a whippet on amphetamines, so is ours a friday afternoon version?
BTW his other pro-senior was a pearler and his old MA50 was a dream but both of them kicked him around on small sharp stutters.
BTW Mr Rat orange blinkers are dangerous accessories from the hard parts catalog and should not be used under any circumstances, they rob your wallet, blind you and keep you emotionally stunted
. funnily enough they are very popular in Australia
Mr BLUE
Can anyone answer me who was the “Flying Freckle”
Hint it is KTM relatedFebruary 4, 2009 at 11:13 pm #120715Half way back from Hill End I was wishing it was my bike that had the end float, so I could ride in the car…LOL
Puddles I will remember that “nothing nice ride about Honda riders” statement when the WR gives you some grief out in the bush…LOL
