Dave, to replace the kick starter seal on Taylah’s Mini Adv. Do I have to remove the whole right hand case or do you only have to remove the kick starter and flick the old seal out?

I have the genuine seal to fit. If I have any grief I will give you a call.
BTW. I tipped the mini completely upside down last night and another half a liter of fuel ran out of the spark plug hole!! Talk about flooded!!! The exhaust was full of fuel and so was the transfer port!!
I will give it a carbyectamy this arvo.

The O-ring is a slightly smaller one than normal in diameter but a little thicker and stretches in quite well, I will get the exact size to you tomorrow

No I didn’t end up doing it. The seal is still in a little plastic bag hanging in the shed.
