    Hi Nick.

    I have recently bought a 2nd hand 625 that has been set up by you guys.
    I was wondering if you keep a log of bikes that you have done so that when it is time to change the fork oil I know what to use. When it’s time to do the shock I’ll just send it to you.

    Hi Mark,

    Ideally you need to service your suspension every 50 hours of riding. We do keep records of the works but we need to know the name of the onwer of the bike. As far as Fork Oil is concerned, we use Maxima 5wt and find this to be a very good oil.

    Thanks for that Brad, I don’t know the name of the original owner at this stage. I’ll have to try and find out so I can check what was done(spring rates, settings etc)
