    giday fellahs,,just got out of hospital,,knee reco,,lookin forward to going 4 a ride with you blokes soon,,3 cornerssounds good if i can get up and running in time,,,cheers bushy.

    Knee reco huh, not good can hook you up with a place to get some astrisk braces if you need to get some, get well and will see you on the trails.

    Did some work on the 3 state ride last nite

    Gday Bush hut I feel your pain. I have had two cruciate ligament reconstuctions.
    Just do the exercises they say and all will be good.
    Although, after a hard ride my knee still swells up a bit and it has be 12 years since I last had it done.

    cheers mate,,,yer had my other 1 done about 10 yrs ago,,mite take u up on them braces 2 tb…….and to all of you congrats on a good site….
