    Hi all,
    After some help with franco s6c engine.
    Starts fine, rev to 1/4 throtle fine,
    twist to wot bike bogs and stalls.
    Just rebuilt, new piston kit, Tomar clutch discs,
    crank bearings & seals,
    cleaned carb (twice), checked reed block again, fine.
    Put new crank seals in, again, no leak. 2 new spark
    plugs, pipe silencer no blockage, air filter clean.
    Doing, no. Done my head in!
    Any ideas?

    Thanks Jeffro, but jetting is the same as always.
    This thing has been bullet proof & flys.
    Thinking maybe electrical???
