That sounds familiar Ollie, I was making similar sounds (only in a more manly way  )when I squashed my ribs and knocked the wind out of myself. It didn’t even look like you were going that fast, just goes to show you have to be careful.

    Hope your healing alright mate.

I feel your pain mate. I’ve been on the ground moaning like that a few times. No shame in that at all.

Thanks Pete Mike and Eags the pain was real, dont want to do that in a hurry again. I am on the lookout now for some body armour that may offer more protection againt rib and shoulder crush injuries than the sixsixone body suit ive been using. any ideas anyone. This is the second lot of ribs Ive damaged whilst using a pressure suit Daienese first then the sixsixone. never had an issue with the old Polisport body armour. open to suggestions

Nice looking track there Ollie. Which one is it again ?? Looks like it’s not too far from the old MX track.

Thanks heaps for pointing out that it has a few hard to see obsticles

I couldn’t watch the end bit with the groaning and stuff. You could definately feel your pain. The bad ones seem to happen so quickly.

Get well and we’ll get out there and fix the track.
