So this arvo after I had fitted the panniers to the NX Lochie and I decided to go for a blast on the bike, some father son time. We kitted up and headed out o Glenbrook national park. We started by going down the Jelly Bean pools for a swim, but the storm last night here the caused a fair amount of damage in the area had contaminated the swimming hole so we gave it a miss and headed to one of the lookouts on the far end of the park
View from the lookout

It was incredible how high up above the river we stood; of course the photos don’t do it justice

Lochie at the lookout

We checked out some of the caves

Views from the caves

Lucky mum wasn’t there while we jumped the gorge to get the other lookout

And jumping back

The NX at the lookout with the new saddle bags / panniers on for the road test

We did some off roading wide single trail to another lookout

We went and found some tight single line just to prove an NX can do it

Lochie decided to take some shots on the move

And the causeway home

I had ridden the NX up some stairs in a carpark earlier and Lochie reckoned I should ride these, but he didn’t double dog dare me

All up we did 86kms, 12kms of bitumen; good time was had by all
