Yeah,I know! It’s a pretty poor effort not to wash your bike for nearly 2 weeks after a ride. And just to rub it in just that little bit more……during the wash, I observed:
1 smashed headlight, 2 dings in my header pipe, multiple dents in my radiator guards, bent bash plate, a rock jammed between my left radiator guard and shroud, another rock jammed between the right radiator guard and shroud, 2 more rocks sitting on top of the gearbox behind the cylinder head and finally 1 rock wedged under the clutch pivot arm on top of the gearbox.WHAT IS THE LESSON TO BE LEARNT FROM THIS OUTING?
THE MORAL IS…….
Crash

Because we could talk with one another using the blue tooth, you would know because the other would say something. Maybe the speed we went past Limeburners and along that twin trail did it after we helped Aidan what was it 45, 50

June 5, 2009 at 8:16 pm #138403As soon as I saw the pic I knew where the rocks had come from. I too, have on more than one occasion, experienced the Armageddon like hail storm that rains down on you from the back of TB’s XR.

I saw some rooster tails of these bounding down that long Pine Forest trail when Menace whizzed past me on the Kato.
Like small wallabies they were, coming at me from 25m away      -
