As TB correctly states the Shearersnquarters are booked (don’t say I didn’t give you all enough opportunity!) but there is still camping available and the pub is an option if they have any rooms left.

The pub might be hard as it’s just going/gone into new ownership and they were deciding on what to do with the rooms as some very in very ‘basic’ condition.

The camp ground would be great but you will have to walk to the Shearers Quarters for the festivities as no drink is allowed in the campsite and no motorised vehicles after dark.

Louee will be enforcing that rule and so will OBT admin as we don’t want to create a bad reputation for ourselves. Apparently it’s a fair walk so I’d suggest a taking a mountain bike and that may solve the issue

Is there a standby list for the Shearers Quarters? I know someone that has paid their deposit and is a bit iffy if hey can come as they have won a holiday to be taken around the same time as Louee.
