September 18, 2009 at 4:00 am #128800g’day all of ya’s that are goin to louee for the xmas party. hope ya have a good time out there. i’m not sure tom is still the owner as it’s been a fair few years since i’ve been there. anyway i hope the riding’s good for you all as it’s a great venue for a big group of people.
here’s some pic of my young blokes out there havin fun.
September 18, 2009 at 4:25 am #153382g’day mate . i’m glad the photos worked as i’m still gettin the hang of the site.
as a father i was pretty damn proud of the young ones when they hit the creek crossins .they just punch through em. i think it was on the special enduro loop. i just rode ahead a bit and grabbed me camera and snapped a couple of shots.
the one on the hill i took on another track but i’ve forgetten its name. it was pretty easy for the em on the way up but on the way down the other side xr70 boy let it get away from him and binned it. he’s had alot of hits over that years that one but he loves ridin. his nickname is stacker cause he has a shitload of em. the sheep in the back ground shot is off to them left of the main complex and soughta still down the bottom. i may of stopped to open a gate and took the photo.
i gotta tell ya it’s bringing all the memories back for louee though.
the fisrt time i went there was with a group fellas from orange who organised it (about 30 blokes) and it was unreal fun as i had not been to anything like it before. catch yas

September 18, 2009 at 9:00 am #128803You know I anit ever been there before,,,,
Stop muckin` round & answer Boonsters question
yes or no ???
If all else fails, the kiosk should have water
September 18, 2009 at 9:11 am #153430Well I thought you had it under control, answering questions on things you didn’t know the answer to, I thought it was funny is all
Boony, all the times I have been there I haven’t used their water other then to wash me and my bike. I know they have tank water and with the lack dam or creek I would think their water supply is bore water. The canteen would have bottled water but I would hate to pay their price, I will take a couple large water bottles I purchase from the supermarket.
I only use bottled water anyway in my camel back when I am away, dont want Bali belly

September 18, 2009 at 9:16 am #153364Please be aware there are NO SHOPS in LUE and I have been told that the pub doesn’t do meals either. The Shearers Quarters we are staying at has a large BBQ, stoves, Ovens Fridges etc. Anything you want you have to take with you. You can get burgers etc at the track canteen but that’s it.
It would also be handy for yourself if you check his thread out

September 18, 2009 at 10:04 am #153441thank you.. 10 litres from the supermarket it is..
September 18, 2009 at 11:57 am #153464I’ll bring 20L of tank water from home. That should be enough for a few of us. If I can find some more containers I’ll fill them as well.
