October 1, 2009 at 10:28 am #154807
AnonymousI won’t be keeping the 450 for long, just a cross over period in case I really can’t get on with the smoker. One of them will be going

I still can’t believe I’m going to have to mix my own oil  I’m away next week an d when I get back I’m on holiday with my family so I’ll likely get it in a couple of weeks, ready for the Teralba ride

AnonymousGod knows about the pin mounts mate. Let’s not get too excited until I actually get the bike.
Dan – I had to handicap myself with a new bike so you could keep up
I had a real good look at the Husky WR and asked a shop if they had a demo bike but no grapes. I talked myself out of it having to kickstart the bike.
You want believe how close I was to getting the 200. I had a peek at the new Gasser’s but prefer the ride of the KTM’s having ridden them last weekend.
I will order it tomorrow morning :woohoo:

True Dan. He seemed to struggle with turning the fuel ‘ON’ on Tynes bike.

AnonymousComing from a guy who’s brand new bike is in the shop broken I’d be more careful at how quickly the insults come out!
I think you’ve gotten off very lightly so far!!I don’t know how many times I have to tell you it’s the fuel taps fault

If you say something enough, either you or someone else will start to believe it.
There was only 4 seconds difference remember Moto, and anyway you timed my second run. Hmmmm do I smell a rat?

Seriously that is good news about a new toy mate and this one hasn’t got those silly valve things to worry about. Wait a minute you didn’t worry about valves anyway on the 450 – 7,500km wasn’t it between clearance checks?
