Do you have to click the Remote for stills shots for each one?
OR
Do you have it set to take them at regular intervals?
OR
Do you have it recording video and then rip the stills from the video?I don’t have a GoPro so I’m not sure of the capabilty here, but I do know I’m a really lazy picture taker if I have a normal camera with me on a ride, basically it never leaves my backpack so it’s a waste of time me even carrying it! But I kick myself after every ride that I don’t have any pics! :pinch:
Maybe it’s time for me to go GoPro?
Thx
RazzPS Those trails look sweet!!
G,Day Razzle,
I have got a contour and use i movie, but any cam on i movie would work the same, just starting to muck around with this. You can remove a still pick and add into your clip or you can save it in a j peg file and upload it or whatever from their, should be able to get that all important bike flipping shot of the vid.Great pics STM 800+ pics must have some good ones,do you miss having vid action when your doing still mode the whole ride or switch it up?
Better add Macksville to my bucket list, buffed fire trails groomed single sounds tops.
cheers
The GoPro3 allows you to record 1080p vid and set your stills interval timer to work at the same time.
Easy to get good shots on trails this good!!STM
Nice pics Scott was just about to add the GP3 feature of video and stills as I learned about it when I was away. Amazing what reading a manual can do  still amazes me all the features the GP black 3 has!
Back of topic, great report as usual mate
More pls

Once back out of the steep gully we headed up onto another ridgeline which had its share of log obstacles. Biggeral holds his own, and for a man close to celebrating his 60th birthday a day out with Ev is a lot more than most would commit to. Not only does he hold a solid pace all day but occasionally he gets off, does some push ups, and keeps on going.
There were some great log sections to keep you on your toes and make sure that you did not get to relax for too long.
Climbing out left us up on one of those wicked flowing ridgelines where we let the bikes run and got into top gear long enough to let the bikes and bodies cool down.Ev never leaves you on these forest motorways for long though and at every opportunity he throws in the nearest challenge.
This led us into some more sweet singles :woohoo:
This is the classic look a sweep rider gets from EV. It basically means “You are here so we are gone” 👿
Nickj was on song all-day and letting it run uphill and down
After sitting on the ridgeline for a while we dropped down a very steep ravine and into one of EV’s hand built trails.
I have no pics from here as it is too dark and too secret to reveal but rest assured it is rocky, techy and humid in the winter. Dickie managed to boil the KTM kettle so imagine in the summer!!
If you want to experience Ev’s ravine runs you will have to keep an eye out for future rides because they are unforgettable!!
By now it was time for lunch so we took a fifteen-minute break and scoffed a muesli bar before hooking back into some great terrain. It was a great day o the bikes and everyone was frothing when we got back to the cars. Thanks EV and I look forward to the next one.
Just to finish I should include this picture just for LC and Bob. :laugh:That’s right, you saw right. Ev on a 250!!!

When you wanted a go on the Crf as you know I wasn’t keen to jump on the black mongrel WR , hats off to you though mate anyone that can ride with their levers all nearly pointing straight up and only crash 20 or 30 times a ride is going very well !!
