Short notice, but is anyone keen for a squirt out the back of Menai for a couple of hours on Sunday morning? Grade 3.

    G’day Budge,
I was going to head out myself early Sunday morning for a couple of hours.
How about we see if anyone else is keen and then we PM a time & location later on, what do you reckon?

Met Budge for the 1st time this morning. He had his son & some mates with him. We had a good little play amongst the “Sunny Corner Loam” (refer OBT Dictionary “Sunny Corner Loam = Rocks, rocks & more rocks) There is some sections out there that Murphy & co. would love! Some beaut tracks too, with some good testing steps ups, drops etc to keep you on your toes. The time went too quickly as usual, so we called it a morning before the beanie boys hit the dirt.
A new WR450 was having its 1st ride. A very nice machine. It did seem to boil very easily & regularly too. Nothing else was boiling. They look like they have heaps of radiator capacity too though, so I don’t know what that was about? Having to put it back into neutral to start it would get a bit annoying too. I’m sure there’s a mod. for that.
Budges 300 Berg liked a nice weapon too just quietly.
I had a good morning out, the 250 went well.
    Looking forward to Coffs!
    Thanks Budge & co.

Thanks Crash. Good to meet you too. A good mornings ride. Had to help Pete pick up his new WR, resting nicely upside-down on a rocky uphill just after we left you. He was too buggered to pick it up himself! Yep, it did boil alot. My old WR used to boil frequently as well. The Sherco (not a Berg!) is so much easier to handle than the WR and not as energy sapping. All the guys enjoyed the morning, even Pete.
    Safe riding!
    Cheers Budge
