    Hey mick- I must have joined right on time the seem 2 b not let up ey! (I just got off 2 walking sticks………………………..NEED A LEND??????? lol thanks for the join up tip looks like a handfull keep on em!

    Bugger Mick should eat healthy (lotsa greens apparently always works for me) and keep the body going it will heal quicker.
    Must be the season for it as Mrs Blue just got out of her fibreglass cast 2 weeks ago, similar injuries but skateboard induced.
