June 12, 2009 at 12:28 am #139172It is hard to gauge the power difference at the moment because it is geared for the road.I am sure it will nearly pull my arms off once I put the 14/48 gearing on her.
June 12, 2009 at 12:42 am #139165Hey Fester when are you going to back all this big talk and come on a ride

I will try to catch up with you guys on your way up the coast to Brisy. But for the record I never said I could wheelie and power slide. I simple said YAMAHA’s could do it better than Honda’s could.

June 12, 2009 at 1:40 am #139189If you want the kids to join in KTMBulls is the spot. They can rip around the built track while we go and smash up some singletrack.
When we have some dates I can contact Bll and see if it is ok

That’d be the go, I wouldn’t have to talk the kids into that, they are keen to go to Bull’s anytime!!

This has sorta happened to me.
New roadbike on friday 14K- rode it down from Brisbane, put it in shed, dying to go for a ride up the mountain, but gotta do training for work.
Saturday sitting in ambulance office doing Senior first aid, looks out window sees my NEW bike going past, two up!!!!!:angry:1/4 of an hour later good mate and my missus appear and she comes in to tell me he had run out of fuel up the road and her mum had her car, so she got on the back to make sure he didn’t ride it like an idiot.
I was still pissed at them though, he coulda walked the ten Ks back with fuel:unsure: couldn’t he have?Bruce C
June 12, 2009 at 9:40 am #139204ahhh sounds like a conspiracy to ride you beloved new bike before you:P
