A interesting clip that makes some good points.
Does it only apply to America?

Have a look around Have women suceeded in power NO The eg they used China, Iraq and Afghanistan
They are pretty good examples of how things should be run aren’t they
What about dear old Julia , How F’ed up is our country at present
Yes we are in a good financial position but those of you who think wealth can be built in such a short term are living in your own false economy
Yes china may be on fire but look at what they are destroying to be in that position and everything they make is f’in crapThey have equal rights and have tripped at the top step so they now are trying to pass the buck
Don’t get me wrong I love women society needs them to function in power or not but too many in power will not and does not work.
There is a perfect eg of this at the local high school where someone i know works and she will admit there is too many women in the hierachy and it doesn’t work

Who gets picked up first hitching?
Who can have their own gyms?
Who can dress for success?
Who gets bought drinks/ dinner?Working in the media and in advertising I enjoyed that post a lot Galey. It was a good find and food for thought. Interestingly I waited for my lunch today and read a mag on the counter, it was Cosmo. I checked the masthead and it was written by women for women and I have seen pornos with less detail on the female anatomy and how best to work it! Every commercial was about looking better and every model was hot and airbrushed within an inch of their lives. This is an example where women have fallen into line with this stereotyping and that has a much worse effect than a guy who creates an add with tits hanging out. This is the easy sell to men but for women they really should be taking a stand in their own media but it seems the mainstream don’t want it.
To be successful in politics you have to be ruthless and aggressive, two traits that men are better at than women. That is not something to be proud of and if women ran the world I doubt there would be anywhere near the conflict we have now but the fact remains that men will fight and women will talk. That is why we are different and should not be judged by the same measure.
If a women wants to succeed in a mans world then she needs to be a bitch and if a man wants to be in touch with his femininity he is soft! We have a long way to go to find the middle ground but we are a lot closer than we have ever been.STM
March 6, 2012 at 9:38 am #217736AS STM stated, as someone that works in media, this made interesting viewing and I agree with his statements entirely.
At one of our company’s sites, I have watched the balance of power swing completely around to an all female management structure over the last 10 years. In that time I have seen every male employee persecuted to the extent, that they have all left and there are now, no males at all on the sales staff. At the same time I have watched the morale drop among the staff and absenteeism has gone through the roof. The bitchiness and clawing for position has hit a level were, what staff are there, are taking stress leave on a regular basis.
So with the things turned round, it is no better with women at the controls in my opinion. -
