10 divided by 15 is 0.6666666.
Where ‘c’ is = 299,792,458 m/s (speed of light constant) .

Therefore ‘c’ * 0.6666666 is quite obviously 199,861,438

Expressed as a function of the 30th percentile the resultant integer is in fact 599,58,431 which I’m sure you’ll concur is definitely > 1 and not <1 which we all recognise to be proposterous.
