I acquired a set of MKIII PIVOT PEGZ from the recent Auction that were donated by Allan from Pivot Pegz Australia ;)
They have been terrific supporters of OBT the past 4 years with quite a few sets of pegz donated for prizes & auction items, as well as some great deals on group buys from time to time :)

I contacted the guys late last night via email to redeem my voucher, and was surprised to get an almost instant reply from Adrian, with my pegz being Express Posted this morning (I should have them tomorrow) :woohoo:

Having read some good reviews about the product, I am looking forward to giving them a whirl over the coming months to see & feel the benefits of this great product myself B)
Will keep you all posted on my findings ,,,

Thanx again to PIVOT PEGZ ;) ;) ;)
    Great product, Awsome service

Yep they are awesome eags, I gotta say though I didn’t notice any difference between the 2’s and the 3’s I really didn’t notice the extra 5mm

    Cheers
    Chris.

Just remember if you havn’t used Pivot Pegs before they feel really weird at first.

It took me a few rides to really get used to them so don’t give up on them too soon.

Now I would not have a bike without them.

I rode a mates bike a few weeks ago that had standard pegs and that felt strange after being used to them for so long.

If you do a lot of standing you will love them.

    Just my opinion

Because I’m a bike slut I have been riding bikes that have had pivot pegs on them, and I love them, they feel awesome and I ended up buying a set at the auction as well, can’t wait for them to turn up.
    Can’t imagine riding without them.

The 300 will get this set mate, but I will be investing in a set for when I get my long spear.

I have Pivotpegz on the WR and can’t say that I really noticed them, even when I swapped with Bigger Al for a short time I didn’t notice the difference going from them to standard and back again. (although I don’t know if he has them as well) but I can’t say that I noticed them at all really. It could have something to do with the fact that I am a gumby rider at best and am too busy just trying to stay on to notice anything else. :D

I can’t see it being a problem Bol, the steg pegz are just to give you something to lean on when your tearing up the hills of gold rather than having to grip tight with your knees.

That is something i would like to try, i stand up more that i sit, i think  but recon it would be a good combo.

I think TB has both on HIS Bike.

Hey Ace, im gunna need something to fast to be able to keep up with you :woohoo:

Jeffro, i think the best thing about the pivot pegs is that you cant feel them, its weird but you cant feel them but you know they are there. ( that makes no sence peter :S )

    PTW

It would make sense if I hadn’t heard that some people either didn’t like them or took a while to get used to them, but maybe they were more experienced riders that notice the little things more.
