Had a great day, thanks Morgo :woohoo:
there was a couple of memorable moments like when Morgo almost took me out on the hill coming out of clay valley, me swaping bikes with Tim and getting thoroughly roosted, miss judging the band on Tims smoker and instead of lifting over a huge puddle I just plough into itand a certain Birthday boys wrong choice of lines at a certain waterhole
The crew split at the Amazon and half went on to the Bangalow, (where we were to meet up again) and the rest started up the mountain :woohoo: :woohoo:Morgo in the rut

When (or if)the fitness returns i will have to try the Amazon track.

May 3, 2010 at 12:31 am #177510Yep it was another great ride with you blokes. Heaps of laughs and heaps of fun although murph and smurphs detour was a serious challenge. It’s great havin a dirtbike and yesterday i got to do wheelies, logs, creeks, rocks, ruts, backend wheel sides, jumps and some great hills both up and down. I had a top hambuger for lunch aswell. Life does’nt get much better for me. When I got home I had a mighty big leach stuck to my lower back. The bastard was the size of a cigarette. My two sons made short work of it though as they bolted for the salt.
Thanks for the ride fellas and happy birthday morgo.
May 3, 2010 at 12:40 am #177511Dude and Champo beneath the cliffline
Champo at the last test
Dude at the last test
I think everybody had a great adventure :woohoo: :woohoo:
Not sure if they’d attack it again
Big thanks to everyone Dusty, Steve, Champo, Tim and Dude
There are quite a few more tests on that hill that we didn’t take photos of as we were just too buggered to worry about it. Dudes bike made it up some of the stages with different riders aboard and he left straight for home once he got to the top, totally wasted. I rang him later in the arvo to make sure he got home alive
Didn’t get to meet back up with Morgo and the boys as it did take some time on what is definately a classic hill climb :woohoo:
Cheers

Be keen for some riding when I get back mateDusty didn’t get any pics of you and Steve as you’s didn’t wait for the rest of the crew :woohoo:
Glad you had a great ride :woohoo:Old Bloke, sorry we didn’t meet up for the ride home but the Amazon was a bit of an epic with that many bikes :silly:
Cheers

I did feel a little guilty about that when I waitin for yas. I was just pokin over all the difficult stuff thinkin yous were comin. I was a cracker. I’m thinkin of gettin a camera aswell so i can snap some happy ones  although i’d have to learn how to down load em which could end up being harder than ridin up Amazon
May 3, 2010 at 3:40 am #177516Good report Murph. You know how bash up riders mate.
I suppose I’ll have to tackle the Amazon when you get back.

Now see,I have been doing it wrong all this time, here was I thinking the idea is to ride your bikes when apparently your meant to push and pull them around. Man you guys like doing things the hard way.
:woohoo:
May 3, 2010 at 5:09 am #177513I am with Jeffro it seems a hard way  That said I would love to get up the top of the hills and watch one day maybe when Mal goes out next I think its awesome to watch or for others not for me
Murph would that be OK, I could cook us all a BBQ or something

May 3, 2010 at 5:32 am #177530Its not much of a spectators hill as it just goes on and on for what seems like kms but your more than welcome TB
Mal may need a cheer squad to keep him phsyced
The BBQ sounds a great ideaOrganise it with Mal and we’ll be there, so long as it is not for about four months
