    OK the 9th it is.
Added Mal to the list and edited the date in the original post.
At this stage I think we will meet at my place, I will PM the details closer to the day.

But the 9th would be good. I’m there. :woohoo:

That’s if it fits for everyone else. ;)

You can ute it to here if you want and we can ride up Mal?

    TB

Donna’s keen for a shopping day at Westfield so she’ll be coming along in the ute. But we might sort something out.

I need to get my valves adjusted, it’s running like a pig with a sore foot.

What sort of adjustment are they, are they bucket and shim?

Don’t you have pillion pegs for the Sherco Mal?

It would be nice to catch up with Donna for lunch if she can make it. :)

Tiny shims that need a special forked shape tool to get them out. I should of had them done a while ago, but Husky had other ideas. And now the wheels are on I just want to ride it. Still fun to and from work. Just hard to start and not idling very well.

Don’t think so pal. We’ll be on holidays, plenty of ride time before that . Unless of course you’re not coming.

Mal, if Donna is keen we could all finish up having afternoon tea at Tuggerah Westfield together after the ride? Depends what Westfield you are talking about, maybe it’s easier to meet her at Pie in the Sky and she can shop before or after?

Dan, be positive and firm, we need you on this ride.

Kylie, pillion pegs are not appropriate on motard bikes.

All just thoughts running off my head…. :)

I did a Pre ride today – perfect riding conditions and perfect pie conditions as I arrived at the destination at 10:30, mmm nice fresh pies.
Good news also, Pie in the Sky is only closed for Christmas day, if you go near Cowan it is a good rest stop. Map

I recomend the Lamb but I also know the steak & cracked pepper is good too and today I also had a blueberry pie, quite good if you have a sweet tooth.

Still unsure about how to complete the ride, might include a nice little section which has just a tiny bit of dirt road but also a neat section of tar I call the roller coaster :woohoo:

Reminder: Check the first post for the latest changes to this ride, I edit that post as needed so that should be your refrence for planning etc, questions can be sent via PM to me.

So WB I have been thinking as I am on the central coast and am riding my bike home on Wednesday to ride back on Thursday I have been thinking about my route

Now as I am going past Chittaway bay from where I am staying I will be going to Tuggerah, down through Kangy Angy to Ourimbah up dog trap road to somersby down to somersby falls and across onto the old pacific hwy and down past the pie in the sky.

On the way back I will go past the pie in the sky back to peats Calga, up past the old oak milk bar at peats ridge at to kulnura down bumble hill and back to Tuggerah via yarramolong are they the routes we are taking on the 9th??

The dirt road will be interesting Wikd. I had my first experience on the dirt on my DR a couple of weeks ago and I found out that they handle nothing like a dirt bike on the dirt. This will be interesting and fun I think.

OK I stand corrected. I was being PC and not being too greedy on the ride front. I thought we were spending quality time with the kids?

    I don’t mind, I like riding :)

Don’t worry Wikd, I was never not coming on this ride. I like pies so this ride will be good :) :)

I hope they have a beef stroganoff pie. They are my favourites. 2nd best is a steak dianne pie. I am going to be soooo happy if they have these. I might even make a pig out of myself and have two
