    hi Mrsquiggle telln my wife about mrs squiggle’s awesome looking work, so while we were in sutto’s yesterday getn parts we were going to get a plain helmet and ran into a good question from 1 of the guys there, the question was what doe’s she prefur to paint on carbon or plastic, we are lookn at a custom helmet with the autism symble atleast as our oldest has autism and she enjoys riding so we were going to get 1 done to try and help promote autism and also maybe do a full bike done down the track also

    Hi Wolfie,

    Sorry I missed your post, the material doesnt matter, carbon or poly carbonate are both fine. Its generally cheaper to get just the plain black or white, these come already clear coated and ready for Alison to paint.

    Generally Alison will simply prep and use a base coat to seal and begin the artwork. If its for a good cause I think you will find Mrs Squiggle will definately look after you. I will PM you her mobile number.

    Talked to alison tonight wookie about painting it up after getting inspired by some of the project bikes on the last ride. Wont be ready for August ride but am seriously thinking about theme from the Portland to Dakar youtube video . Give this a watch if you have not already seen it. Get a beer first, it goes for a while.
