It doesn’t grip like it did when new, but I have been surprised as to how well it does grip with a distinct lack of tread. That’s why I decided to see just how far I can push it. I would normally have replaced it long before now.

Ollie you sell them, you are an agent for them, salesman and honest in the same sentence? Not many salesman I would have in the same sentence those two words, not saying that I would say that about you be clear on that ok

Moto 1700kms thats massive, I got 1800 out of the pirelli scorpion ($120)and it was rooted but gripped up all the time. My last Michelin desert I got 2100kms from (its a $200 tyre though) it was a good tyre I like them, Maxxis IT rear ($110) about 1100 kms including two days when I raced the A4DE good thing, Ollie retread under 400kms, never shed a knob low grip but never surprised me either
I am trying a ED78 bridgestone next and will see how it goes

Moto am shocked at that mileage, well done, throttle control my man

Just been to KTM Newcastle and told them about my exhaust. The distributor was there and came and had a chat with me. I’m going to take my bike down for him to look at tomorrow and he’s going to sort it. He said if all else fails he’ll get me a new exhaust!!

Yeah, I think in reality it will get fixed, which, at the end of the day, is all I really care about :)
