Im in Muswellbrook for a bit of work and im keen to do a spot of riding while here, Is anyone close by that would be up for taking me for a it of a tour? Im on Night shift so it would have to be late morning or early arvo if that is ok? Let me know if your available, Weekday would be my only chance (just to make it harder haha)

    Cheers Nato.

    Hi Nato,

I live in singleton but work in the Muss. While I don’t know the local trails like the back of my hand I do know a few people who do.
Your riding times are a little limited, but I will see who is up for a midweek ride and try to hook you up.
If your at a loose end in the coming days you can always ride in the Muswellbrook Common. There are endless trails through there and I don’t think you can get too lost, just watch out for the locals.
How long are you working up here and out of interest where are you working. I’m at Bengalla mine. Feel free to give me a call if you want some general directions to the common or other trails. PM me for the number.

    Hi Nato,

sorry I missed you Moday time Frame,

The common is on the eastern side of town out behind the gold course. I think the city tip is also out that way. If you take Victoria Street all the way to the end you will be in the common. There is also another (better) way into it off the New England hwy as your comming into th Muss from the south I just don’t know the name of the road – or even if it has a name. But is almost opposite the Hill Side (or Hill View) anyway all the half empty new appartment complex on the southern side of town.

    I Hope this help.

Great place to go for a fang!!

    Cheers,

    FF

I found it yesterday and went for a strap. Was fun with a few hill climbs and natural terrain motox tracks. Good for a few hours. Thanks for the tip on that one.
