My DR650 2009

Thanks alot to the guys that gave me some advice about the99 DR i was going to look at.

But in the end I made an offer for a 2009 bike and they took it.

Has around 25000kms on her, MPE Suspension, Protaper handle bars with risers, Extra padded seat, and is Solo seat complied which I like alot, makes it nice and cheap for rego

Nothing plan to start with as I need to learn how to ride all over again off road

Hoping to do some fire trails and such to build myself up and just get out there and have some fun.

Good choice mate,,
Should serve you well for a few years and take you wherever you want to go with ease

The good old DR`s have more than proven their worth on heaps of rides on here over the years
Just keep the water crossings under the seat height (ask Dejay) :laugh:

Nice Bike, that is on my short list for sure, I am busting to get one. Problem is something always comes up.
I sat on one the other day tyre kicking at Northside at Artarmon, nice feel 13000kms 5K.
I like the feel of them more than DRZ400 (short legs).
Where are you from, I will keep an eye out for the white flash…..
