OK Back On topic.

THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!

I need firm numbers by Wednesday Morning.

They have requested payment up front for a minimum of 21 riders at the Museum at $60 each.
(they have been caught out before, with no shows)

To save having to chase everyone before hand, I have underwritten the payment on my Credit card. So if it all goes to shit I am $1240 out of pocket.
UNTILL I SEE PAYMENT IN FULL, FROM 21 RIDERS ON SATURDAY,NO ONE GETS INTO THE MUSEUM.

157 to be exact, thats the reading off the hyabusa idling along next to me ,I wasnt gunna look anywhere but at the blurry bits straight ahead, on our private test track of course and yes it was down hill,,a long hill.
and no I wont be doing it again

This Is important for everyone going, we have instructed the Museum to not let anyone in until Mick is repaid in full. It will be easier if you get the correct money to give to Mick and pack it away until we get there. I reckon it’s best if the transaction / payments to Mick be done at the one time say Krambach pub rather than someone here someone there because it will be to hard to keep record of. So at Krambach payment to Mick can be made. Those after the 21 will pay at the door of the Museum

Thanks TB,

To make life easier for me and the Museum. Could the leaders of each group chase up their starters and confirm the numbers they will have as opposed to everyone posting that they are coming.

So the total cost payable to you from all attending the museum outing is $60.00 per person??? I will need to see what the ring ins coming with me are up to, they only said they where coming for a ride, I dont even think they know of the events we have planned?

The $60 is for the BBQ for dinner,Museum entry and Breakfast on Sunday.Accomodation is a seperate expence again(nothing to do with me).

You have to be an Old Bull member for the $60 price, its a special for Old Bull members only, no membership at the time no special price
