December 3, 2013 at 10:43 pm #252189Thanks Y ZINGER! That’s what we need to see!
Appreciate you taking the time to do the report… especially for those of us who have never finished a 2 day ride
December 4, 2013 at 2:28 am #252253Great Weekend and a Massive thanks to TB and all the dudes that contribute to the rides. Simply awesome. You could spend weeks in that area and not find a fraction of the tracks we rode on the weekend.
Ill be putting together some video and pics later on as time allows. After a fantastic weekend Merlyn had an off on the KTM about 20 minutes out of St Albans that saw him airlifted to Royal North Shore hospital with spinal injuries. He has come through the surgury well and has movement back in his arms and legs. He has pins and plates from his C3 to T5 and is a very lucky boy to say the least.
Special thanks to hopper on the WR who stuck around and helped out with the ambos and bike recovery.

December 4, 2013 at 3:48 am #252256That’s shocking news Mr Squiggle, I’m sure I write for everyone when I type that our Best Wishes & Thoughts are with Merlyn on a thorough & speedy recovery. It must have been very stressful for you & Hopper too! After 2 & a half days of riding & 700+kms to be confronted with that situation.
It was a great few days, some brilliant country & tracks. Thanks to the Guru for putting it all together. Thanks also must go to Yamaha for their continued support. How good is it to see hands on representation of a top product. Also, thanks to Steve from Adventuremoto – the backup & extensive contributions you make to these rides are much appreciated! Thanks to all whom drove & passengered along as well.
Thanks to the fuel & food shop at Burraga & the Woodstock Hotel – give them a bit of business whenever you can!A huge crew, great banter, beaut food & drink, terrific tracks, top weather, no big problems (until after the ride finished)……what more would you want?
Thanks again to all

All the best for a super speedy recovery Merlyn, I am confident in saying that everyone on the Nav ride would feel the same.
