Just picked up a motodry adventurer jacket, the thing ways a tonne with the inner liner but not to bad without it, has some armour built in, built in 3litre removable bladder, removable sleeves, also came with a 100% waterproof overjacket, cost $325.00 RRP but got for a considerable discount.

Haven’t worn it yet but coming into winter I’m sure it will get plenty of use.

    Cheers

Yeah looks nice Chris, well done, it does look a lot like my dri rider should put them side by side one day would be interesting

One thing I have a hydration pack that goes in mine, but I find it pulls the jacket into my neck all time so I dont use it

Yep don’t know about the hydration pack thing, I’ll have to give it a go, the bladder definately is not of the same quality as the camelbak. Made in israel gives that one away. Might use the camel back bladder in it. Also don’t like the bite valve on this one in the jacket.

i just forked out $350 for a jacket yesterday.

its a dri rider rallycross pro.

it looks similar to yours chris but has a 1 litre bladder (crappy plastic smelly one), and it has plastic external armour as well as the internal foam stuff…

    it weighs a ton too.

its like wearing a sauna with the liner in it:laugh:

they dont make an orange one so i just got plain black

sorry, no catwalk pics…..run out of broadband again:(

I’m going to need a jacket for the winter I guess. You’ll have to let us know how these go boys before I go spend any money :)
