Hi
New to the forum after reading about it in Trailzone – looks good !

Returning to dirt bikes from the days of Bultaco’s
Have been riding road bike and 18 months ago bought a KTM 690 – did a lot of k’s on it but not happy so ended up selling and blowing all the money I didn’t have on a new 1200 Ducati Multistrada – have done about 34,000k on it including lotsa dirt – better than expected but still very limited so now looking for a real dirt bike
Will post again in a more appropriate section – looking for advice – can’t understand why all the “adventure” bikes weigh almost as much as the Multi !!

Their is a heap of great trail and Adv rides going on , just keep an eye on the ride gatherings for rides and theirs a heap of knowledge on all types of bike.

Where are you from and where do you like to ride ??

I live in Sydney but work in Brisbane so a long commute and unfortunately too little time to ride.
Really like the Snowys and Vic high Country but at the moment basically any dirt road that I can make it through on the Multi
Hopefully when I get a proper dirt bike I will get out and about around Brisbane as well
