I think it’s a lost cause trying to convert a honda rider   ….I have found some good riding spots up here but hope to find better in Brissy area…Have you been to Manar park ? We go there every chance we get… best place i have found so far
Cheers
December 14, 2008 at 9:01 pm #114758Yeh, been to Manar and Black duck, a good one to go to is Emu creek which is between Kyogle and Tenterfield, 1 and a half hours from Gold coast, good facilities, not many people no about it so never real busy, worth a look.
cheers

Moto you just concentrate on riding down at dirt road first!
So if Badfun buys a rego’ed bike does that mean between KTM01 aka Ray, Badfun and Husky610, you QLD boys could get together and come down to Wauchope in March for a 3 day ride?

December 15, 2008 at 10:12 am #114847The CRE 500 is in mint condition but it is a big vibrating lemon, but that’s just my opinion.
What’s the dates going to be for Wauchope, I still have’nt set my schedule for next year yet, so might be able to work around it.
What about a Coffs ride next year some time, there’s a few 2 dayers that we used to do.cheers
December 15, 2008 at 10:17 am #114868You line the dates up for sometime middle of the year for a Coffs ride and lead it, we will turn up
TB
PS dates for Wauchope are 6th, 7th and 8th of March I think, Mick is that right????

December 15, 2008 at 11:43 am #114584sounds like a plan -keen anytime 4 a ride 2 hrs or 2 days nothing a bit of pre planning cant fix, dont know cavy personaly heard the name though. Just sourcing some decent people to ride with as i dont heal to well these days – chasing a bunch of 21 yo’s around the bush at 100k is not enjoyable at all!! and ya know how it is when your not a true local in a small town, plus been buisy trying to establish work.I have to get out soon though i want to post some pics of the area for other ob’s.
December 15, 2008 at 11:57 am #114893I’m hearing ya. Lot of good riding around Bello, a trail to ride is the bridal trail, it goes from sea level straight up the mountain, no turns awesome.
