Another turncoat has changed over to the orange side of town, and a big one at that. My son Tom was just starting to come to grips with the WR 450 and second ride out on the big kato, he got flipped off leaving him off work for a month and needing knee surgery. (Dickhead)
He’s got about 2 weeks to fully recover now and he cant wait to get out on it again .

Heres a few pics of the new 08 Kato 530:

Yep the dying from lack of breathe sequence goes,

Blue>Orange>Red>Yellow, once you hit yellow you’re good as dead…….

08 model is it?? There is a trick, when the cam chain starts to rattle,I am pretty sure I did a post about it in the KTM section, when I did a review on the 530.

Definately a loose cannon behind the bars  the gearing on the thing was 15-45 when he got it which was way too high, ok if you wanted to cruise down the road at 100mph but not much use in the forests :( he’s now put 14-50 on it which we are led to believe is the best combination so all he’s waiting for now is
    the wounds to heal :P

14/50 will work like a charm! Go have ride up the street on it. Worse thing is it will want to wheelie more, given the cause of his recent visit to the hospital that doesn’t seem like a good thing!
