O.K it’s nearly 2009 so what are your new years resolutions for 2009. I’d like not to work so much (work smarter), quit the bungers and buy a property, Get Fit, lost a couple of Kilos, heard it all before.

    Cheers
    Chris.

I need to lose some weight and get some fitness. Weight first, fitness second. Bike fitness is more important but overall fitness would be nice :)

Oh, and to not break any more bones!

Good luck with the list Chris. Forget the giving up the bungers, I tried this year lasted nearly 3 months. It was hell on earth. Nobody likes a quitter anyway:laugh: I would of even ridden a KTM for a durrie in those 3 months of being a non smoker:laugh:

My new years resolution – not enter into the colour wars that I sometimes get into, especially with my colour war sparing partner Mr Ktmrat.

I’m aiming to lose 5Kg and to build up some muscle. We might have to have a weight loss thread where you can post your start weight and progress to see how we are all doing

Muscle is heavier than fat and 4Kg isn’t bad, especially if you’ve been bulking up :) I actually don’t really care what my weight is, I just want to be trim again. If I’m trim and 120Kg I couldn’t care less :)
