    Just wanted to say gday

    New member,from kurri area
    Level 2
    just upgraded to wr 250, so would love to get out riding some more
    Hope to catch up on a couple of the easier rides

    Welcome to the Newy Chapter of OBT Alyssa ;)

    Unfortunately there are no female members up here at the moment, but Katgirl is from Northern Sydney area and gets up this way quite a bit for rides,,,
    She usually rides her 400 up ADV style and heads out thru the Watagans and Laguna and out over the Yengo area :)
    But she has also been known to trailer up to ride Pokolbin SF etc etc on her CRF230 rocket B)

    I`m sure she will join in on the thread when she spots it to say Hi ;)

    Eages you make it sound like Alyssa is not welcome to ride with the boys and must find girls to ride with. Thats not fair seeing we let you ride with the boys, :P

    :S NO, I didn`t mean anything like that at all :(
    She is more than welcome on any rides as everyone always is on here ;)

    Just sounded like she was looking for female ride partners firstly, but willing to tag along with the rest of the mob as well 😆

    Keep your eyes on the ride threads Alyssa, there will be some good rides in your proximity soon !!!

    thanks for the welcome
    yep will keep a look out for local rides and will check work roster for june
    Sounds like obt organises a great weekend with all grades covered

    And thanks eagle 02, i do find it hard to find any girls to ride with
    So tagging along with the boys is no issue (only if welcome), even with characters of all kinds!!!

    Welcome Alyssa …. yee ha… another girl on the site……

    Will have to hook up for a ride…. Depending on what’s happening I tend to do a bit of single track stuff on my Honda CRF230 otherwise I get the XR400 out for an adventure ride (more sedate riding (NOT)) with a bunch on nutter’s up Cooranbong way. Will PM you if I’m heading up your way for a ride.

    I suspect Alyssa you will be grinning for a week (not due to pain) over that ride. Hope you gave Stephen a hard time that us girls potted past him going up that hill full of erosion humps whilst he was dusting himself off and having Mick pick up his bike. I was giggling in my helmet!!!

    I think it ended up being 11hrs all up from start/finish with only little time not riding (bfast, muchie breaks and a Laguna rum/coke and chips). Body bit stiff this morning but oh it feels goooooooooood.

    PS… bike is still dirty in garage and i’m already in bed at 7pm… it will wait till tomorrow night

    There will be lots more of those rides to come. Hope to see you again.
