Newby – Attention Menace!

G’day all. Well my intro goes like this. I’ve just recently got back into riding after being pretty messed up physically by a car that did not give way and decided to T-bone me about 20 years ago. So I took the plunge two years ago and brought an old xr 250 to get the confidence back. Just upgraded to an 07 DRZ-400 (love it). I come from the southern parts of Victoria, so if anyone down this way is interested in a ride that would be great.

Yeh Welcome Jak,I bet a few of the nutters on here would be able to show off some serious Scars. Menace is in Melbourne and is on the lookout for riding buddies.

Hello Jak, nice to make your virtual acquaintaince, the best thing about trail riding is in all these years I am still to be T-boned by a bit of Flora, and the Fauna is way softer than a tin-top.
Glad to hear you have recovered enough to ride again, must have been hard work.

ive just got home from NSW (caves to caves ride).

what a wild weekend it was.

it was great to meet all these blokes that i hang sh!t on sooo much:laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

they are all bloody good fellas…and chicks!

anyway, geelong hey, im in seaford mate. always keen to hook up for a ride! its a bit of a hike but…where do you normally ride? im gonna need some recovery time to get the browny points back up though after the past weekend:laugh: :laugh:

there will soon be a ride posted up for the june 26th weekend that my mate choppa and i wanna organise. it will be in gippsland (glenmaggie) though. you will be more than welcome if your willing to travel mate.
there is also the vic high country ride that im gonna get stuck into orgynising now im back from up north….throw your hat in for that one mate too as it will be grouse!!
….there is talk of doing it in november too as i had some interest shown by some likely lads on the weekend!!!

Will defenatly have to catch up with you all at some stage for a ride and I dont mind traveling. My only drama is i’m a shift worker which involves some weekend work but if i get enough notice i can swap.

Have already laid the ground work with the Cheese and Kisses regarding the high country ride. she was reluctant but when i showed her the post earlier, on the work the OB riders did with the bloke on the BM who had an off, well, she came around.

Sadly no, just a glitch in the systems somewhere! Happens to the best of us – I think it is when you log in from different computers. I have logged in (historically) from 5 computers over the time I have been here which may be why I show up 5 times? Just a theory!
