Further North than you, so do not worry. Legally I must be careful what I say, will fill you in at the X-mas party, no pun intended.

Good, my dealer seems very good but I’m not sure about their mechanics yet.

    Welcome Wikdbeemer,
I am doing a ride day tomorrow on the G450,they are having a ride day at the MX races at Wauchope tomorrow.
    Cant wait…!!!

You F$&%$$% trader. You even think about dealing with those mongrels and I will never speak to you again. If you want a beemer let me know and i will get you in contact with a decent dealer. If you ride it make sure you crash it and destroy everything on it (not that I am bitter or anything)

Fossil, Fossil,Gimmee a break buddy, I haven’t spent a cent there since your “incident”. Although I am gunna need new wheel bearings after yesterday,I will try the bearing service first though to keep our little protest going.

Crash it, I hope not, over rev maybe…LOL. I dunno if they will even let me ride it, after the damage I did to his daughter, when I used to ride her!!!!! Ha ha ha ha:laugh: :woohoo:

    Thanks Blue.
It is a good one and like comparing apples and bananas with respect to my faithfull DRZ.
This bike is almost perfectly setup out of the box, just add bashplate, rad protection, handguards and well, that’s about it.
BMW certainly do things differently from the others and I must say that so far it is all good.

2 years (unlimited Km) warranty is what really sold it to me.

The rear suspension setup is very good, climbs sh!tty hills easily and doesn’t seem to bottom out at all yet.
I’ve also heard the bike wheelies very nicely too with even progress to the balance point.

It will be interesting to see what Husky produce in the future now they are owned by BMW, watch that space…

    Cheers Chris.
We will have to tee up a ride around Zig Zag then, I have always wanted to see the glow worm tunnel.
