AnonymousI made 6 video’s today out of the footage from the Saturday ride.
So far 3 are ready so I have posted them now and I’ll do the other 3 later.
I tried to put as many names to the bikes as possible but I couldn’t remember the KTM man’s name so he just became KTM Man. I hope you enjoy them.

July 27, 2009 at 8:50 am #145413I forgot to mention in the Saturday report that the kind hearts of the old bulls on the nundle ride raised over $100.00 in the donation tin taken to the pub with us. Top effort everyone, this apparently will be sent with a letter from old bulls to the RFS at nundle in appreciation of the generosity of Kathy?? For assisting in us to enjoy our interests in riding our dirt bikes by opening up her property for us to ride on with no questions asked.
Sunday
Following a top night at the pub and around the fire it was finally time for the Bollocks tour company to unleash its fury.
All the OBT photo shoots out of the way, back packs loaded with thermoses and other stuff for morning tea and Dan telling me it was the day I was to be filled in (he was smiling when he said it too) we were off.
Tourist stop 1,
Working gold mine turn off.
We stopped at the turn off and Bollocks said for all the fast ones to go ahead so I thought I’d bugger em up and bolt out in front, I could hear the boys behind me and we were having a ball, the trail was a windy access road and we had to keep our eyes out for oncoming traffic. We stopped at an intersection and super unit took the lead role, he can pedal the DRZ quite well too either that or he needs to leave the red cordial alone , we finally found the gold mine and dismounted to fossick away, well the unit and Mick G did. Leaving this mine DanD got in front and I thought he we go I`m gone but he stalled in the puddle (so I hear) and I was safe, crickey that 450 is angry! We found the trail to be blocked out past the mine so it was off to tour destination 2
Tourists stop 2
Hanging rock lookout
What a view, there will be some sweet photos from this stop as some of the boys got adventurist and went out to the edge(not my cup of tea in dirt bike boots). I asked unit to show us his back flip form but he declined lol. The smokers had a chance to suck a few in and then we were off to destination 3.
Tourists stop 3
Sheba dam/picnic at hanging rock
Bollocks went over the top on this one hot coffee, lamingtons and Anzac biscuits, how sweet was this deal, we stood around and yakked for about an hour our bellies full and warm then it was off to destination 4.
Tourists stop 4
Kathy`s farm detour
I hit the turn off second last due to having a look out over the view at the boundary of the property. Didn’t take long to work my way up behind KylieD and that’s when things went just a tad pear shape, we rounded a muddy/boggy corner and KylieD lost the front end and ended up A over K, I hit the fronts and the wheel rode up over a fair size rock and then my front connected with the WRs rear shooting my front wheel right and me left. The landing was OK cause I landed on top of poor KylieD ( I am soooooooooo sorry Kylie) Yes I did think she was seriously hurt because of the crying but it turned out she was bloody laughing, what a legend. Thanks Demmis, to the rescue instantly as normal. We dusted the mud off had a laugh and headed off to find the rest. I found DanD on the angry blue one waiting In a mud hole to roost me, he barked up the fiddy but missed by that much. I shot up a cow track only to find myself racing with mickG and DanD, Mick worked out how to stop me,,(them trees are hard Mick). The group looked like a mob of stranded sheep ,, they where spread all over the hillside in some fallen timber. I thought time was getting tight so turned around and headed for option B, I had no idea what option b was but Moose Chris and I found this gnarly creek crossing followed by a rock strewn long grass covered steep hill, what a ball, when we reach the part of the hill that the stock could actually graze on it was fronts in the air and play time, we couldn’t get Chris off his bike.
It was then we realized we were alone except for Vman and his supermodel husky on the tree line having an intimate moment with the camera, quick whistle and he made his way up to us. We decided to head to the trout farm entrance and wait for the rest because we had no idea where they were.
I could not believe we could have so much havoc and fun in about 5 ks of farm riding, at least no-one went down a wombat hole.
10 minutes later the lost sheep found us at the entrance to tourist stop 5.
Tourists stop 4Trout farm
Unfortunately the Ds had to leave the group and return to their tin lids . I did offer to escort them back to nundle but they said that they would be fine. And they were.
First impressions were your joking his got 4 ponds and calls it a trout farm, how wrong was I. The tour was brilliant and informative, did you know trout go better when the water is running counter clockwise in the southern hemisphere,(something to do with something?)
I have never seen so many fish. Old mate netted some fish from the ponds to show us and explain their growing process.
Tour over for the day.
The ride back to nundle was a tad chilly.
Back at camp gear was packed, farewells were exchanged and everyone set off in their own directions until next time.Best parts of the weekend
For me the whole weekend.
I will ride wingman for all of the Old bulls that attended this ride as that is what made it such a success. What a top bunch of people

One very envious OB here I gotta tell you all!
Well done Boony, Bollocks and Eagle. A well organised weekend by the sounds of it.

I normally don’t get DanD to ride my bike anywhere for me (unless I start chucking a hissy fit  ) but my leg was hurting so much that I couldn’t bear the thought of having to put my leg down and bear weight on it.
Normally my pride wouldn’t let me get away with something like that but I figured I earned brownie points on that hill before it anyway (#21)
