Bolls and Stevo picks me up and we head to the meeting point, every one going on the ride is there waiting,
    Damus
    Snowy09
    Aaron
    PEP
    And good old Whanny.
We met up with husky bloke at the arranged place (huge effort mate) so it was off to the riding grounds.
    Loop 1
Bolls thought it would be a great idea if we started the day with some cardio vascular exercise just to get us warmed up. So off we heads to yeha hill via the loosest, snottiest, boggiest trail known to man made worse by some recent dozer activity. To top this little run off he decided to run the group up what can only now be described as bog hill. I made it to the contour bank about ¾ the way up only to be met by what looked like a bike burial ground, there was dirt bikes laying everywhere.
After some laughter and watching Aaron and Stevo nail it on the 4 fiddies we decided that another route would be handy, and Damus had done a gear lever, what a first 5 ks that was, welcome to nundle huskybloke. A few of us waited at an intersection whilst the rest went with Damus to the cars. You could see evil in Bollocks eyes as he knew that if bog hill caused carnage then yeha would be a photographers dream. How true he was, Pep hit yeha first and road straight up followed by Aaron, this is where the fun started, I had a brain fart and fired up the 400, pointed it at yeha and fired, well might let Bollocks photo tell this story. I got a great shot of Bollocks attempt at yeha as he tried taking out some little shrub that bought him to grief.
Husky bloke and Damus give it a go to no avail. We headed around the trail to meet the victors at the top of yeha, well that’s another story, turns out, yeha is longer than we first thought.
I took lead and we scooted up a sweet single and then down the steps to a waiting creek crossing. And yes apparently Aaron did have a creek moment.
    Loop 2
We were kind of running behind time due to our lunch reservation we booked for around 1ish so I turned the troops for the cars for a splash and dash then off to the berry patch.
We took a trail that had some serious grip issues (shiny red clay) boy talk about fun.
We hit the singles and Bolls was in front of me when he thought it would be fun to roost me.(remember this bit people)
The single lived up to their name and we were carrying good pace. We shot down parachute then along the creek and back out of thee valley on a newly found route.
Pep and I were playing around when we came to this rather biggish looking puddle with a Bollocks cross rutted right in the middle, Pep and I looked at each other, nodded rode around the edge of the puddle so not to wet Bollocks, then we backed the bikes up to the puddle and yelled out karma and let him have it. Funniest thing I`ve seen for a while.
On to the berry patch only to find out the narny had run out of electricity. Turned out to be a small wire had come loose near the battery.
We peddled back towards the cars at a really good pace as it was starting to get late and cold.
We used a main road to catch up time and this was when huskybloke bead decided to part company with his rim. We dodged that up and we rode the last 5 ks slowly so he would make it bake.

Thanks to all I have missed heaps but hey you fill the gaps in.

just to add my bit to the adventure , putted off from home about 4 a.m., got to gloucester thought better get a extra twenty from the ATM machine put the card in and ….. nothing swalloed it, thank F@ck i had a coupleof drums of diesel for the ute and 5 litres of fuel for the bike otherwise that would have been game over for me. Headed off to the meeting place , met all the fellas and off we go Bog hill (well thats what im goin to call the introduction and after the decision was made to turn around and Damus to fix his bike we were back off on the run , had a unsucessful crack at YeeHaa hill ( think bollocks has a photo of that) and then off again few creek crossings claimed there victims Aaron being one absolutely soaked ( remember this for later) back up on his way and back to the cars for a splashand dash , while we were there Aaron decides to lose some of his wet clothes to reveal a lovely black number with white buttons and pleated sleaves, seams you shouldnt get dressed in the dark as you could be putting your missus clothes on(well thats what he told us anyway ,not that theres anything wrong with that) and off we went again few some sweet singles through the pines and some great trails a bit of ridge running which i absolutly love with big hills 100,s of meters long that you could open the 510 on and sail down the other side the likes of parachute hill were sensational, and off to the berrypatch for lunch, oh yea better not forget whanny here who has to take out the off of the ride , just before we get to the berrypatch we come to a biglog( which i struggled on by the way them greasy mongrels have got the wood on me at the moment) and someone told whanny to hit it hard …so he did….. he only done 1 cartwheel with the bike landing on him but i thought he broke his neck all credit to him though he was back on the bike and off again . It was the first time i had been to the berry patch they certainly look after you, great feed and berry pie wth berry icecream if you were still hungry for desert. After that back to the trails for another cuo ple of hours back to the cars 5 km from the cars my rear tyre wanted to part company from the rim and limped back to the cars loaded up said my goodbyes left about 5.10 and was back home about 8 .15 all showered up with a bourban watching underbelly , I had a ball well worth the trip up there thanks to everyone that went on it, thats what i like about doing these rides is the people you meet and the good times that you have on them i will certainly be back up that way and throw the invite out on a 160 km loop at stroud to buladelah im working on for you northeners in the near future, Cheers huskybloke

COUGH COUGH COUGH SPLUTTER :X ….sorry, just trying to clean the mud out of my throat(and ears ,nose, eyes and hair) …for all of you who roosted me yesterday, may you come back in your next life as a toilet cleaner in Bangladesh :P
    Great day lads…great day :cheer:
Good on ya Husky for driving such a long way mate, hope you had a hoot :)
Boony pretty much gave you the blow by blow of our little adventure so i will only add just a few things that amused me on the day ;)
Bloody freezing when we first got there and kitted up,plenty of frost about and most of the boys donned heavy jackets.Because im pure evil,i didn’t tell them that within the first 20 minutes of riding their heart rates would be over the rictor scale and they would be sweating like whores in a church  .Nothing like starting the day with a few crazy hill climbs and adrenaline fuelled stacks :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: ..Yeahar hill is a most amusing place, anything can happen there and it usually does  .
I had the pleasure of seeing Aaron baptise his bike in a creek…we all just sat there and laughed at him  gotta love that Oldbulls spirit…looked cold that water too. After playing around the western side of the forrest for a while we headed back towards the cars to refuel for the next part of the ride.Cruising along an open bit of road Stevo pulled up level with me and started yelling something about a “Strap” with the roar of the engines i couldn’t quite work out what the hell he was going on about  I just nodded my head and said to myself “oh…strap..backback…gotchya”.Then Pep cruised up beside me (60 km ph) and started pointing to my arse and yelling something…”yeah yeah, strap…i know,i know…sheesh…i’ll fix the bloody thing when i pull up”.Only when Pep moved right next to me and reached over and shoved his “gloved” finger down my exposed BUM CRACK did i understand the word was “crack” not “strap”   After Peps second attempt i really got the message and hitched up my strides :P .
Quick refuel and Aaron put on his wifes shirt..so cute  Went and played in the new singles Boony and co cut out, awesome singles guys…welldone ;) .
Great feed at the berry patch and a quick paced ride home which was exellent :) .
Whannys off was quite possibly the funniest off i have every seen  I actually put my hand over my mouth when it happened like a sheila and said “oh my”!!!Once we worked out he was ok we pissed ourselves
I had some miserable attempts to roost people  .Once i was hidden around a corner sitting in a bog hole waiting for a victim,Snowy turned up…COP THIS i yelled.Gave it the works, caught a tree root and the bike spat off up in the air ,did a little twist and landed on its arse …snapped my number plate straight off and left me standing in the bog hole looking like a prized dickhead :S .Naturally everyone went past and filled me in :(
The other failed attempt.Same story…sitting in a bog hole waiting for a victim to come around the corner 👿 “NOW”….stall…shit  .filled in by all who splashed past and even Pep T boned me off my bike into the swamp and then roosted me while i was trying to get back onto my bike …COME ON !!!!!
Oh well…i did get Boony so thats OK :)
Filthy new white riding gear..happy days :cheer:
Few schooners at the Dungowan pub on the way home and bedy byes.Up this morning at 4…im rooted
Thanks to all the lads for the ride, good blokes make good rides :)
Oh and Whanny..next time you come for a ride…don’t just jump in your car and piss off home as soon as we have finished without saying goodbye and thanks to all the blokes who helped you out all day…just some friendly advise young fella ;)
Pics and a vid to follow :cheer:
