Things I learnt on this ride.
Lesson one : Never suggest we try the hardest hills of gold hills straight off the trailer.
Lesson two: when stuck 1/3 of the way up sweet mother of jesus hill dont lay shit on Bollocks for walking up to have a look at where we were all stuck. The fat prick fired up the white beast and rode it straight up like a pro! Well done
Lesson three: when Whanny falls over on the rock garden hill, ride over him dont swerve to avoid impalling him on the front mudguard. Running him over will hurt me less than avoiding him.
Lesson four: Ranger Ted from the forrestry builds sneaky vertical banks on the other side of the speed humps he puts in.
Lessons five to twenty Whanny has unreliable bikes that fall down alot.
lesson twenty one: Black snakes like to sunbake in the middle of single track bike trails.
Lesson twenty two: When Aaron is pointing at a spot in the road he means avoid it not ride over it (face plant results from dog on wet lino patch of red clay in the middle of a sahra dust bowl).
Lesson twenty three: beer at Dungowan pub makes you tired and your body sore and seems to cause monkey butt. I felt fine after the ride but like I had been hit by a bus when i got home after pub.

Ahh wish I had a video of this but I pressed pause not record. This took two people and boll doing the grunting noises to get it out. I think a 4by4 thought it would be cool to bog himself to justify his useless existence:angry: Made boll fall off  at least it wasn’t me this time.

Boll got a better one than this but this is the boys making the smarter decision to not take on “sweet mother of Jesus”

It was at this stage I decided I was happy to have an old bike to learn how to ride on!
Thought it might catch fire as oil leaking onto the header. Why my ballance thought it was a better idea to fall on the down side of the hill is beyond me???!! Was in heindsight a better decision to attack the hard hills first up while we were fresh….not for long though. Dozers helped make the ride better and more boring at the same time. Clearing new trails:) and moving logs:( .I decided to pick this post and not the one Snowy09 did as Snow had a good buster on the ride and probably will forget most of the things that are in his short term memory:laugh:

This report is starting to look better I might start posting on this one instead. Hey Is the two ride reports for the one ride some sort of nail in the coffin of Boony’s miserable ride and report from last week?:silly:
