    MAD MAX BIKE.

    ANDY

Is that because of the bike mods or the rider? :p :silly: :woohoo:

    Thanks to all! B)

Most will remember me as the mobile chicane  :p :cheer:

    Friday was brilliant, Saturday sucked!

As k8ii decided that 5 min into the fire trail just about to hook into the awesome singles, that she had eaten something that didn’t agree with her.

Snow and damus got the going again, I got snow to escort me back to the main rd so I could see if I could work out wat the discomfort in her tummy was. So that we could meet the boy at the berry patch for lunch and join in on the fun on the way home.

Picked all the loom apart looking for bared or punched wires as all the fuses looked ok, none were blown.

Got to the patch, pulled in the clutch to turn up to the feed lot, I mean lunch venue’s drive and she lost all power again.
how good is the is it the forest way single track all the way out to near the berry patch! Nice flowing corners, 90km/h straights but the odd poor wombat or two that didn’t make off the road before the logging trucks came along…… Were a worry wouldn’t want to hit one at full noise  :pinch:

I decided that we would do the trailer ride of shame even though damus offered to perform his neuroscience magic, I thought it better to err on the side of caution than to stuff up everyone’s afternoon trying to get BOB ( big orange bitch ) out of somewhere difficult that would exhaust everyone in the process.

Today I slept in after yet another 2:30 am session with toes and a few others, I had a nice cruisy run on the fire trails, western boundary track was awesome , did two mile hanging rock track, the hanging rock lookout and the track that is on the right just after the two mile track.

I have a bone to pick with Ollie and mx retreads!

They advertise that the knobs don’t come off.!

I had four offs over the weekend!! 😆

Pics and vids to come when I get back to civilization.

Well done to the Tamworth crew, even though it was hot as hades I heard nothing but rave reviews about the tracks and the organisation.

It was great to catch up with the crew for a few sherbets ( a few too many by night’s end :pinch: ), the after party went on longer than it should have. By 12.30 there was only 4 of us left before a few local lasses turned up and the party cranked up again and blokes started turning up again like moths to a light. Moose and I slinked off at about 1.30 and did some high stepping staggering back to our room.

Has anyone seen Toes since? Hopefully he didn’t end up married to the old bird with the walking stick. :S

Well done to the Tamworth crew. Spoke to Jacko this arvo, just read all the reviews and it makes not be able to be there all the more painful. Particularly considering I had to drive twice as far for a wedding, drink the same amount and not ride at all!
So much goes on in the background to arrange a gathering of that size and you all deserve a massive pat on the back. It’s that sort of effort that keeps the site alive for the Enduro crew.
Congrats on hosting a cracker weekend and I look forward to living vicariously through the ride report.

I`ll Start this ride report with a big thank you to Damus, Snowy,Andy ,Aaron and Buzz and also Barb and Lotha from Koolkoona berries. ;) If this lot didn’t do their bit this ride would not have worked, its easy to lead a heap of hooligans through the bush, but to have it orchestrated and flow freely is another thing. :pinch:
    FRIDAY
Fridays ride was to be a quick warm up for Saturday, B) 21 rat bags headed into the forest and the shenanigans started. We rode something like 70 ks in 38 degree heat on some of the dustiest trails I have ridden.  The ride flowed nicely and there were no real incidents to speak of. The lead took us through some of our trails however he was careful not to use the trails we would be riding the following day. Snowy and Damus and Andy have put in some epic work on the tracks and their work paid off. ;)
I lead very little of this ride and I enjoyed the sit down out the back and just wave on the corner men and listen to the carry on when we stopped. 👿 Someone made the call and we headed back to the van park and we all had a bevy or 2. There was heaps more to this ride but I will let the honoured quest tell their stories about it. B)

    SATURDAY TO COME

Boon, Snowy & Damus take a bow. As for all the away teams it was you guys that made this ride what it was, hats off to you all.

Here is what I found up Rutzilla, Think more bikes took the chicken track through the gate though.
