    Well, The day has finally come ;)
    Been up since 3.30am, light brekky now before heading downstairs to gear up & roll out about 5 :)

    It has been a big night here, shit has been hitting the fan since 1am. Not much sleep was had here. I am very lucky to be still coming.

    I have been mooping around the last couple of days trying to get over a bad case of the flu, feel a bit better this morning so decided to go have a look at some tracks for the bday ride, go out to the shed to get and sort some gear only to find a bloody great rat has called my gear bag home but what was bad the bastard is dead due to eating some bait and had dropped its bundle, hemorrhaging all sorts of fluid and shit through everything, so now I am sitting inside with the washing machine going flat out, as far as the weather goes, it is overcast, fingers crossed rain stays away

    They usually die in the wall or ceiling (with no access) at our place :(

    We shall see TB. Apparently some big snow dumps down south already. Some cold wind will snap freeze us. We will be there in the dark tonight hopefully not setting up in the rain.
