Currently I am the lightest I have been in 15 years, but somehow it doesn’t look the same as when I was in my late twenties???? ;)

Could stand to lose a bit more yet methinks

    Currently 96.5 Kilos

    5’10”

    handspan of 10″

    Size 10 feet

so if bone structure can play a part as the missus reckoned I looked poor at 80 kilos when i got out of hospital after head trauma in my late teens.

Well I did my weekly weigh in, 97.3.

I was given a big incentive yesterday to get fit and lose weight. I have been offered a spot on the Mountain Bike Course at work in December, but I need to pass the physical within the next 3-4 weeks. This means running a 9.1 on the beep test. This would have been no problem 12 months ago but I did it yesterday, 6.5, kinda embarrassing

Now I can ride a mountain bike all day long but I hate running and the key to the beep test is to be carrying as little weight as possible.

So now it’s getting serious. I’ve cut out the shit food and started back up at the gym. If I gotta run it might as well be on a treadmill so I can watch tele to take my mind of it.

Well wish me luck, as they say no pain no gain.

Include me on the spreadsheet please. I’m starting off at 96.1 kegs as of last night and want to get down to 85Kg (including adding muscle which will go against weight loss figures).

I pretty much started today and only brought a banana in for brekkie :(
