Goals, well lets see, I would be happy if I could ride the bike for a couple of hours without cramping up and beat the young bloke in a kayak race every now and then, but to do that I need to lose more than 10 kg. But I guess you got to start somewhere.

Geez hope the missus can handle the new me when I get there. 😆Ok been out of the loop for a while and first time seeing this thread. Boony has pretty much said it for me up above there, hovering around 92 would like an 85 start goal weight. I was 103 but since giving up support work and going back to truck driving I have managed to sweat my way back  . Like Boony mine is from giving up the smokes
, well thats a good excuse to cover for over-eating anyway
January 29, 2010 at 9:03 am #157443Well I was going great before Christmas. I was down to 94kg and felling fit. On the 23rd Dec I had a small incident on my mountain bike leaving me with a fractured radius in my right arm.
Over eating over christmas, my inability to exersize due to my arm and the use of bourbon as a pain killer has me back up to 99kg.
Arms now getting better and I’m back on my mountain bike this week so i’m back into it and the kg’s should fall off in no time.

Good to see you’re getting back on the pushie Scotty. When will you be back on the DR?
It’s so easy to put the kgs on and so bloody hard to lose them. I have been good this Christmas, only cause I worked all through it. I’ve been hovering around 92kg for about 6 months and now I’m trying real hard to get under 90kg. I just love eating way too much.
