December 16, 2010 at 12:51 am #192645Congratulations Boony. Well Done.
I am already imagining the delibirations that are going to be undertaken this time next year when it is your turn to choose. It will be an entertaining time.
PS. Boll told me he is swinging past your place on Sunday to pick you up so make sure the bike is ready.
December 16, 2010 at 12:58 am #192747Receiving the perpetual Old bulls spirit award clock for 2010
Is it an honour —- hell yes
Who should have really received it, every bloody Old Bull on the site?
I have never witnessed such mateship and good spirit in my life
I ask you all one question.
Being an Old bulls trail rider! What does it mean?Boony`s thoughts on what being an Old bull means. :silly:
• Getting to ride in areas of this great country that I would have never had the chance to ride without being an Old Bull.( Hell I’m off to the high country in Victoria with 29 of me mates to ride with spidy at the end of next year for his birthday, can’t wait for that one)
• Meeting some of the nicest people in our country. (Yes Bolls, that means you too)
• Having fingertip access to some of the best mechanical knowledge around,.
• Being able to come home from work after a stressed out day and just playing the clown for a while (pretty good at that one).
• Being able to lead a ride or two around areas I know, so my mates can experience it as well.
• Seeing how to organize an awesome weekend of not just riding but all the other stuff involved in a weekend on the trails. (Thanks STM).
• Taking the piss out of each other on line, but we still shake hands and sincerely greet each other when we meet for a ride.
• I particularly like the ring of Knowledge/ bullshit involved in overnight rides.
• Having your spelling corrected (that’s a biggy)Thank you all for your kind words, keep them coming I feel so special, :woohoo:
Crickey this list could go on for eva.
