July 1, 2013 at 1:08 am #245275It comes with a sad heart to have to announce mr and mrs wazzup will not be attending the birthday festivities
i was ready and looking forward to it however more arm dramas have limited my activities.
i have notified seaview and they now have 2 beds free which i’m sure someone can make use of.
I look forward to reading all about the weekends shenanigans and wish all involved a quick and painless recovery…
wazzupJuly 1, 2013 at 8:05 am #245278OK, we now have the MCNSW permit for the weekend. Thanks to Moose’s wife Cathy.
Unfortunately we overlooked one slight detail. With the permit comes an additional $20 rider’s levee (payable by all those participating in the rides on the property) on top of the Recreational Licence fee of $25. So with the $5 HVMCC membership fee, this brings the total cost of the weekend to $50 per rider. With the exception of those who hold a current MCNSW licence and membership to HVMCC, those riders only have to pay the $20 rider’s levee.
Let me re-interate that none of this money goes to Old Bull Trail Riders or the land holders, all this is necessary to legally run an event of this nature and we have been lucky to get away with it in the past.
It has been a steep learning curve for us all and this is what you can expect in the future for any other event of this size.
That’s the way it is…. none of us guys who go out of our way to organise these bigger events for you to attend or the land holder that lets us on their private property, want to lose our houses.
July 1, 2013 at 8:18 am #239386All good guys
Thanx for the organisation as usual,,, I know it is becoming a heart ache each year lately .
We can`t help the way the world is going unfortunately :whistle:And a huge thanx To Moose, Cathy & the HVMCC for helping out
$50 is still cheap,,,, Costs at least $40 per day to ride Louee and similar places doesn`t it ????
Cheers
July 1, 2013 at 8:21 am #245295$50 for a weekends trails and banter with no-one risking their livelihood …. Cheap as

July 1, 2013 at 10:13 pm #239387All good guys, we should be happy to be making sure that the people organizing / hosting these events are willing to do it for us and, rightly so, they should be protected.
Small price to pay for a weekend of riding and laughs

You will love some of his new tracks Eags. One pre release was leaked and it is pure dope. It is called “Rather sit at home and watch it on the Spot”
